Dealing with Caroline at the front office has made working on my car so much easier! She helped me understand the work needed to be done, have a thorough and fair estimate and served as a liason for me with another party! I can’t tell you how happy Iam with the service at Mancuso!!!!

I can’t say enough great things about this auto body shop. From start to finish, the experience was absolutely top-tier. The staff was professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. They took the time to explain the repair process, gave honest recommendations, and kept me updated every step of the way. The quality of work was flawless—my car looks brand new, like the damage never even happened. The turnaround time was faster than expected, pricing was fair, and there were no surprises. Customer service alone deserves 5 stars, but paired with the craftsmanship? Easily a 10/10. If you’re looking for an auto body shop that values integrity, quality, and customer satisfaction, this is the place. I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else.

From my very first interaction, to my last, with the staff at Mancuso, I was treated with an experience that went above and beyond. As soon as you walk in, you’re immersed in an atmosphere that’s nothing short of a family dynamic. Their willingness and eagerness to make you feel satisfied is so apparent that I left their shop feeling like I drank a concentrated dose of happiness. I will be going back for all of my future cosmetic upgrades/modifications.

Mancuso auto is the ONLY place I will ever bring any of my cars for repairs. Nick and his wife have always been a pleasure to deal with and the crew they have their is top notch. My mustang has been in two different accidents and each time they have been able to perfectly paint match the color, and more importantly make, sure my 11 year old paint looks just as good as the new paint. After seeing the work they had done I also had them ceramic the whole car as well and couldn’t be happier. The car looks better then most cars coming off the showroom floor and It’s been a full year since they had done the work on my car. The same is true about my brothers and fathers car and every person that I recommended to come here. Can’t thank them enough! A trustworthy quality shop!
